Living with insomnia means chronic under eye bags and dark circles for me.
For an easy, natural way to calm redness and puffiness, mix a little coconut oil with coffee grounds and a tiny pinch of black pepper. Dab under eyes, leave 10-20 minutes (the perfect amount of time to enjoy a cup o' joe) and remove gently with a wet q-tip and water. Try spinning the q-tip in the opposite direction of movement as you wipe away.
