Practiced daily, these exercises will help naturally fight signs of aging around the eyes by keeping orbital muscles strong. Eyes are the usually the first area of the body to start showing lines and wrinkles, so early prevention is best. Make sure skin is conditioned and flexible for movement without fine line formation.
These are easy exercises that can be done at the office, in the shower or even while watching tv.
3 sets, 25-50 repetitions of either exercise will yield results over time.
+ massage Conditioning Oil or Body Paste gently around the eye area.
+ gently hold one eye closed at a time, as if winking.
+ avoid scrunching the eye tightly, you don't want to create more lines!
+ alternate eyes, holding each eye closed for 1 second.
+ after applying Conditioning Oil, place fingers just under eyes near the edge of the orbital bone
+ apply slight pressure while closing both eyes tightly
+ avoid scrunching or wrinkling skin
+ hold each contraction for 2 seconds
